All a Golfer wants for Christmas is…

Christmas Golf Gifts and shopping online

If you are not a golfer, would you know what to buy a golfer for Christmas assuming you are looking for a golf gift? First and foremost is to ask the golfer what he or she would like, obvious yes? Many do not and the poor golfer ends up with something they have already or worse something they will never use. So unless your gift is a novelty token gift, I would ask first.

If it’s not possible or you wish to surprise someone ask another golfer or visit a Christmas Golf Gift web site, Type your keywords Christmas Golf Gifts into your search engine, and you will be presented with hundreds of Golf Gift Ideas websites. Here you will discover lots of cool golf gifts. But just to give you some idea where to start, here is a selection of Christmas Golf Gifts.

Obviously it all depends on how much you wish to spend, I have shown above that there are several inexpensive golf gifts that will always get used, especially golf gloves, they tend to wear out quite quickly and so it’s very handy to have spares. Winter golfers need woolly hats and scarves. It’s great to play during the winter months as you tend to get on the course easily due to fair weather golfers who invariably only play in the warmer months of the year.

It’s my belief that almost every regular golfer should use a golf swing trainer for those days and evenings when it is impossible to play and you need to keep your golf swing in shape. In my view this is a must. Below I have a selection of golf gift ideas from inexpensive gradually increasing in value, to give you some starting point in your search.

1. Amazon Gift Vouchers.
2. Golf Gloves. Left hand glove for right handed players and right hand glove for left handed players.
3. Golf ball Packs, also novelty ball packs i.e. camouflage colored golf balls.
4. Golf Packs, with golf balls, golf tees and hand towel. Very useful gift.
5. Hip flask; Very nice for winter golf.
6. Woolly hat and scarf for winter golf.
7. Simplified rules of golf, book or DVD.
8. Golf training DVDs. especially named professionals DVDs.
9. Paid for golf video golf swing check. These are special, it’s great to see yourself and be able to adjust your shape.
10. Golf trolley. Great for the older golfer who is finding the golf bag getting heavier and heavier.
11. New Golf Bag. I need one perhaps other people do.
12. Laser Golf Range Finders.  Great for checking ball distances and target distance.
13. Golf GPS devices. Satellites GPS will find you on any course and tell you all the information you need to know about the course           you are playing.
14. Golf Swing Trainer. Any golf swing trainer similar to the one David Ledbetter recomends would make a superb Christmas Gift for           any golfer.
15. Set of golf lessons with your local golf course professional. This is a great gift, even for experienced golfers.

Press Release..the Ian Poulter Empire now covers SA

The growing worldwide golfing brand that is Ian Poulter Designs (IJP), is set to change dress styles on South African golf courses forever. A unique and distinctive golf clothing brand that has just launched in South Africa, Ian Poulter Designs South Africa, are looking to add some, fashion and style, to fairways countrywide.

“Look good, feel good, play good has always been my mantra.” Ian Poulter

Ian Poulter, Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year  in 2000, is well known for his distinct fashion sense and in 2007 launched his phenomenally successful clothing brand, after spending years sketching designs on letterheads and airline coasters, dreaming that one day he would wear his own creations. That dream is now a reality and that reality is now available in South Africa.

Both Ian and yourself can wear the IJP clothing brand, on and off the golf course. Ian is focused on quality and attention to detail, so it will come as no surprise to learn that each garment has been tried and tested prior to production. Ian and trousers go together. The IJP brand philosophy is to ‘lead with the legs’ by designing the trousers first and then coordinating the rest of the outfit around them.

The Poulter Tartans are all licensed under the Scottish Tartan Authority. For each seasonal collection, three different coloured tartans are woven in Scotland and Northern England. The famous Poulter tartan bootleg trousers and now shorts are the pillars of each collection that the range is then designed around.

Our new web site

Dear Golfers (and Golf widows!)

We are delighted to announce the launch of www.karlkertess.com It is here we will showcase our new range of Mens Golf trousers and Golf sweaters. In addition, we hope to engage with our customers, and listen to them. Our business is dependent upon listening to our customers and producing products that they want. Social Media will allow for this. Gone are the days, when we companies can arrogantly produce what they want, and just expect customers to play ball and buy it.

This is your brand. You have the power. And we know that if we give you what you want, then you will tell your friends. And, in this way, we can grow our business together.

Happy Golfing!
